Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were exceptionally well-fitted with good supplies, very clean and nice, but felt small and gloomy due to the interior view. The staff were helpful in organizing any required services, although there were some unhelpful interactions. The location is perfect for accessing the Old Town and shopping spots. The dining experience was great with buffet style options, but limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were super small, old, and had uncomfortable interior design. I had to order tea each morning via room service, paying a fee of 90kr for the service plus 45kr for the tea. The staff also lied about the availability of rooms. However, the service throughout the hotel, including reception, was exceptional, with staff always smiling and responding promptly to our needs.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Stockholm, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, although a bit dark and lacking in space, were still adequate. The service was friendly, but not entirely accommodating. The dining options were decent, with a good selection of food. The hotel facilities were equipped with modern amenities, including a large shower and sauna.
I couldn't relax in my room due to loud music from the hotel itself, but the air-conditioning helped. The staff was accommodating, but the room door was tricky to operate. The location was central downtown with easy access to main historic sites, though the hotel might be a bit noisy. The dining options were good, but there were additional fees for tea and room service. The facilities met my needs, offering various services.
The hotel's location was excellent, close to Stockholm's attractions and convenient for both business and pleasure. The rooms, though small, had everything necessary but lacked sufficient light and sockets. The service was friendly with a warm design but not always professional. The dining experience was pleasant overall, offering a variety of choices but with some room for improvement in serving hot food. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.
The hotel is centrally located in Stockholm, offering a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful views. The Italian restaurant downstairs serves tasty dishes, but the loud music from the connected bar can be a downside. The room was well-decorated with a soothing style, and the breakfast was tasteful, albeit needing improvement in service response to requests.
